Looking for a condominium in the heart of Lancaster City? Look no further than the Central Business District neighborhood.

Another great venue is Tellus360, a 3-story Irish pub with a rooftop patio, a whiskey bar, and multiple lounges. Tellus360 is also home to Alexander Coffee Bar, C’ Street Market, and Joe P’s Steak Shop, which offer great drinks and eats. Enjoy easy access to your favorite cup of joe at cafés like Passenger Coffee, which carries an array of original roasts on W King, and Aura Expresso Room, a lovely cafe that sports an on-street to-go window.

For day-to-day food items, do your grocery shopping from local vendors at Lancaster Central Market or venture just three miles northwest to Wegmans. To enjoy the great outdoors, residents either can head a mile south to Lancaster County Central Park or a few miles north to Long’s Park—both fantastic parks that are sure to please any visitors or four-legged friends. Other close city parks include Culliton Park, a public space with a large grassy area, a splash pool, basketball courts, and a pavilion just south of the neighborhood, and Musser Park, which has a playground and green area for children to enjoy.

On average, monthly rent is around $960 while the median real estate price for condominiums is $294,492. This urban area contains mostly small and medium-sized complexes as well as high-rise apartments. 

The Central Business District is part of the School District of Lancaster, a large, urban school district. SDoL’s J.P. McCaskey High School offers a challenging International Baccalaureate program as well as many other curriculum tracks serving students at different levels of education.
